Cauliflower (and Potatoes) in Light Cream Sauce/by Orit M.

This dish can be made with cauliflower only, or with addition of potatoes.

Ingredients:
1 Cauliflower broken into crowns and microwaved or steamed until crunchy-soft
4 cooked/microwaved Potatoes with skins cut into cubes

Sauce to be prepared by shaking the below in a large Ziplock bag:
3tbsp of light, plain yogurt or light sour cream
1/2 tsp mustard
1 tsp Chicken boulion powder (Parve)
Onion flakes, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, thyme, turmeric.

Add cauliflower and potatoes to the Ziplock bag. Close and shake well. Coat frying pan with oil spray+1tbsp of olive oil.
Add the coated vegetables and fry untill browned.
