About the Artist
Orit Mushkat, a native Israeli artist was born in 1962 in Tel- Aviv, Israel.
She received her B.A. in Art Education from Beit Hamidrash College of Art Teachers in Givataym , Israel.
Orit is a receipient of Graphic Design Certificate of Honor.
In 1995, Orit moved to Boston, MA with her husband and children. In Boston, Orit participated in several art exhibitions.
Orit experiments with different techniques of painting, jewelry-making, fusible glass, stained glass, graphic design and calligraphy.
Orit incorporates her methods into customizing and personalizing works upon demand.
By unifying her experiences from Israel, Boston, and the DC metro area, where she currently resides, Orit is able to create original, innovative, and unique works of art.
